The ET2 was the 50 cc two-stroke sibling of the ET4, built on the same step-through steel body. Its engine used a stratified-charge system with a small pumping piston in the head feeding a rich charge near the spark plug, letting it meet upcoming European emission limits without a catalytic converter. Output was held down to the legal limit for 50 cc scooters.
